Brooks Nader revealed to PEOPLE that she once had liposuction and that she "forever" regrets it

The model, reality star and actress caught up with PEOPLE exclusively at Clarins Night of Extra at The Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles on Friday, March 20. During the conversation, PEOPLE asked Nader, 29, about whether she has any "forever regrets" when it comes to beauty.
"I probably shouldn't say this, but I'm just going to say it," Nader replied. "Ihad liposuctionyears ago, and I forever regret it because I just didn't need it. I feel like it created dimples and ripples and things."
"We just got to do less with all that and be healthy," she added.
Nader has previously been candid about the various cosmetic procedures she's done.
In a November 2025 interview withBustle, Nader said, "People say I look likeMichael Jackson," while discussing reactions to her nose job.
She also revealed she has veneers, gets injectables like Botox and used a GLP-1 to kick-start her weight loss goals.
"Every Christmas, you can catch me looking like Freddy Krueger," Nader told the outlet when describing the various aesthetic treatments she receives during her time off.

While speaking to PEOPLE, Nader, who starred in a Clarins campaign, also shared some of her favorite skincare products.
"I love the Double Serum," she told PEOPLE. "I put it on top of all of my makeup. I put it on the tip of my nose. It adds a glow."
"I've been a Clarins girly forever. I'm wearing the Lip Perfector. Extra firming, give me extra everything," she added.

TheLove Thy Naderstar also revealed that her personal style can most accurately be described as "extra."
"I think I'm extra in every way," she said. "I feel like everyone's into theCarolyn Bessettedemure [look], and I'm like, 'No, I'm a maximalist.' … I want sparkles … I'm from the South, so I'm extra in every way."
